TERMS OF SERVICE

- the art you commission from me is for non-commercial and personal use only.
- i only do monetary transaction via paypal and preferably with 18+ clients, though my work is sfw only.
- i do not do secret commissions, all my work gets published and/or added to my portfolio.
- final products are delivered as high resolution png files.

payment-related

- full payment upfront is preferred but payment after sketch completion is also possible upon discussion.
- split payment is available for totals of €250 and above.
- no full refunds possible if your artwork has already started process. please take this into consideration before applying for a slot.
- partial refunds are only available upon cancellation at the sketch phase, anything outside of the cost of the sketch will then be refunded.
- my currency and prices are in euro [€], please keep this in mind when i send a paypal invoice.

personal preferences

- i have the right to refuse any commission if it goes against my guidelines or personal comfort.- providing credit when using my commissioned work is always much appreciated. ♡
- for disclosure, i regularly use various pose and photographed references for perspective, anatomical and posing purposes;
if you have more specific posing in mind, you're free to provide some pose references of your own when needed. [nothing outside of free to use bases/poses or photographed poses though]
- please apply for a slot via the google form, which i will be linking on my instagram at each announcement when they're open.

processing time

- don't be afraid to ask me for any updates if the process time takes longer, but please keep in mind i never rush my work and i sincerely ask you to be patient
- i'll be updating my processing queue on trello [board link at the top of the page].
- my process time varies a lot, especially depending on the type of art you've ordered from me, so i cannot give a direct estimate, although my largest works usually don't take longer than a month to complete once started.
- you're free to give any feedback on the sketch before it's approved by you, once the sketch is greenlit further changes are limited to fixing minor errors such as details, colors, markings and similar. after the sketch is greenlit, it's also when payment has to be made before i can continue on the artwork.

- reptiles/amphibians // feral or anthro
- avian/aquatic // feral or anthro
- humans/humanoids [lesser expertise]
- supernatural or mythical creatures/monsters
- horror/blood/gore
- fandom/existing media characters [though i do prefer drawing ocs]

WON'T DRAW
- nsfw/kink/fetish
- hateful/offensive/controversial/political art
- robots/full mecha
- real life people (including celebrities) or pets
- art for any commercial purposes, such as merch designs, book covers and certain
- more than 2 characters in one drawing
- insects // feral or anthro
- characters from the amazing world of gumball [personal reasoning]

my scene artworks are my most elaborate pieces and the most notable in my overall portfolio, as they primarily focus on visual storytelling, whilst setting an ambience around characters with environments and/or emotions.but they're also the most variable when it comes to customization and prices, with each individual piece having different complexity, brush style and compositions possible. these require more discussion in advance._{their price depends on complexity and composition:}

starting at €250 is a scene with mild complexity, where the focus lies more on the character(s) themselves and their interaction or emotion composition-wise.

starting at €300 is a scene with larger complexity, either with more attention and involvement of the background, and/or a more challenging composition in general.

scene fees+ 40% of total price for two characters
+ 10% for each character of total price if they have a complex design
overall scene price can potentially go up depending on if the necessary process time increased based on overall complexity_{scenes are always fully rendered, with artistic freedom i utlize to pick a brush style that would fit, but you're always free to express your preferences for which kind of rendering i offer.}
